John W. Francis, Private Client First Vice President and Wealth Management Advisor, joined the Merrill Lynch Menlo Park office in 1972. John is a Certified Financial Manager(CFM), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor(CRPC) and Certified Investment Management Analyst(CIMA), earning the latter designation through the Wharton School, Univ. of Pennsylvania. He concentrates on helping clients determine long-term financial goals and guides their financial strategy by specializing in 1) individualized portfolio management using a select group of investment managers, 2) mutual funds, and 3) retirement planning. A graduate of Santa Clara Univ., he has an MBA as well as a BSEE from San Jose State Univ. John is also a retired Naval Reserve Captain.
Brian Seale, Registered Client Associate, has been with Merrill Lynch since 1999 and is responsible for account administration and client relations.
