Jim Carle is a Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor who has been with Merrill Lynch for 23 years. As a strategy-based advisor, Jim helps clients structure customized financial solutions and investment programs designed to help them achieve their Retirement, College and Estate Planning Goals.
Jim has extensive experience working with individuals in periods of financial transition. Jim is a Certified Financial Manager (CFM), a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and currently serves on the Retirement Planning Financial Advisory Board of Merrill Lynch. Jim is also a 529 Program Coordinator at Merrill Lynch. Jim uses his knowledge and experience to help clients develop and monitor personalized investment strategies which emphasize proper asset allocation and diversification.

Jim lives in Bernardsville, NJ with his wife and three children and is active in his community as well as his children's lives. Jim is a past President of the Board of the St. John's on the Mountain Nursery School, has served on the Board of the Somerset Hills Little League and coaches basketball, baseball, softball and soccer in town. Jim is a lector at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and has coordinated various fund-raisers for the work of the Parish. Jim graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a BA in Business Management
