Hugh Anderson

New York native Hugh Anderson brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry to our practice. When it comes to financial consulting, Hugh is dedicated to providing his clients with knowledgeable insight and uniquely contrarian investment strategies. Hugh is an avid market, economic and geo-political watcher. He is passionate about helping people achieve their dreams and strives to minimize the stress of managing finances so his clients can enjoy the truly important things in life. Hugh is dedicated to ongoing professional growth and takes pride in pursuing life long learning.

Hugh is actively engaged in the community. He currently serves as Chairman of the St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation and is Government Affairs Chair of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, where he also served as past Chairman.

Hugh married his high school sweetheart Denise and is the proud father of adult children Ashlee and Alex. Hugh is also an accomplished drummer.

Sheila Delutri

Sheila is a 31 year veteran of Merrill Lynch. Her focuses include working with extended family members of the team's clients, from educating children about financial matters to handling the more complicated issues of family partnerships, LLC's and foundations. In addition she is a member of an internal part of the organization that accredits advisors to work with families with special needs children.

Sheila is married to her husband Michael for more than three decades. In addition to being parents to Damien and Gina, they are proud grandparents of three grandchildren.

Tahirih Cromwell

Tahirih, or T as she is more affectionately known, has been working in the financial services industry for the past ten years. T is passionate about helping clients reach their personal and financial goals by providing superior service and making appropriate investment selections. Her professionalism and forward-thinking approach help her successfully meet the needs and objectives of her clients. Her dedication to communicating with clients during turbulent markets, keeping them focused on their goals, and her unwavering belief in the capital markets help to ensure success for her clients.

A California transplant, T earned her Bachelor's of Science in business and management from the University of Redlands. T is engaged and will be marrying Daniel Toll in the fall of 2010. They are the proud parents of two dogs, Riley and Abbey. T enjoys good food, traveling, hiking, playing sports, working out and spending time with her friends and family.
