Bill, a Vice-President of Merrill Lynch, is a Wealth Management Advisor and holds the Certified Investment Manager Analyst (CIMA®) designation from the Wharton School, and the Merrill Lynch internal designation of CFM. Bill and his team which includes Jenny Jambrina provide Wealth Management and Consulting Services to high net worth individuals, businesses, Foundations, and Endowments. Bill is a Portfolio Manager in the Personal Investment AdvisorySMProgram, and the team provides customized investment strategies utilizing unbiased investment manager selection. He advises clients on wealth accumulation, preservation, and transfer through the creation of individually customized wealth management strategies utilizing a defined process. Together with specialists in different areas of expertise, he offers a wide range of services, including: portfolio development, education plans, liability management, retirement plans, tax minimization, and asset protection with a specific emphasis on helping to assure a lifetime, retirement income stream.
He is a Trustee of The Leavens Foundation and The Wrightston-Besch Foundation, and was also for 15 years a Trustee of the NJ Symphony Orchestra, where he still serves on the Endowment Committee, and for 8 years he was a Trustee/Treasurer of the Council of New Jersey Grantmakers. He has received the Lifetime Community Achievement Award from Merrill Lynch. Bill, who lives with his wife in Bernardsville, NJ, holds an MBA in Investment Finance from NYU and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Bucknell University. Bill's biography has been included in Who's Who of Industry and Finance since 1987, is also listed in Who's Who of America and Who's Who of the World as well as The Association of Small Foundations Professional Directory of Foundation Advisors. Jenny is a graduate of Kean University with a BS in Management Science. She has her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
Bill has been with Merrill Lynch since 1994. Prior to that he worked for Honeywell, GE, and Dow Chemical. Starting with Merrill Lynch in 1997, Jenny joined the team shortly thereafter. Jenny, a resident of Union, NJ is the primary point of contact for our clients on all administrative issues and is a forceful advocate for them. She has a thorough knowledge of Merrill Lynch, its products and services including individual, business, retirement, trust, and estate accounts and handles all the day to day operations with personal care and first class service.
