Samant Sharma is an Assistant Vice President in the Clearwater Merrill Lynch office. Samant has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, helping U.S. based families in managing their financial affairs. Drawing on his experience and Merrill Lynch's global resources, he personalizes plans for successful business owners, executives, physicians, and charities in managing their assets and liabilities, arranging asset-based personal or business lines of credit, mortgages, and protecting their wealth against unnecessary income taxes, capital gains, and estate taxes.
Graduating with a B.A. in Spanish and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Nebraska, he went on to complete his education for Financial Planners through Boston University. Samant has also earned an Executive Certificate in International Management from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management.
Samant takes pride in running his practice with an emphasis on client service, trust, and integrity. He joined Merrill Lynch's Countryside office in 2005.
He enjoys being active in his community. Samant has served as President of the IndoUS Chamber of Commerce, a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and is active in the Chinmaya Mission.
