PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Rich joined Merrill Lynch in 1998 and focuses his business on investment planning and portfolio development. He is a portfolio manager in the Personal Investment Advisory program.
A native of Northfield, Minnesota, Rich graduated from St. Olaf College in 1987 with a degree in Math. He was active as an athlete and team captain in both basketball and track. His leadership skills and problem solving ability are used daily as he works with clients to find solutions to their most challenging financial questions.
Rich and his wife Elizabeth live in Edina with their three children, Brynja, Jett and Treva. He is a member of Rotary International, St. Stephen's Church, and serves on the boards of the United Nations Association of Minnesota and two scholarship organizations.
Rich's job satisfaction comes from delivering financial guidance and seeing how a well thought approach can improve performance and peace of mind for investors.
