PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Michael B. Millard, CFM
Michael has over 30 years of experience providing financial and wealth management advice and services. He graduated with an honors degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Ph.D from the University of Rochester. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1976. He specializes in financial strategies, estate structuring issues, and philanthropic concerns. He has attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL MANAGER designation. He is a member of the investment committee of the Rochester Area Community Foundation, a board member of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra Fund, Inc, and an honorary board member and former chairman of the board of Geva Theater.

In his spare time he teaches Humanities at SUNY Geneseo and enjoys research for his writings.

Clayton L. Millard, CIMA®, CRPC®, CFM
Clayton has 13 years of experience providing financial and wealth management advice and services. In addition to being a McQuaid graduate, he graduated from Allegheny College with a Bachelors degree, and from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana with a Masters degree. Clayton joined Merrill Lynch in 1997. He is a CERTIFIED INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ANALYST®, a CHARTERED RETIREMENT PLANNING COUNSELOR®, and has attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL MANAGER designation. He leads the asset and risk management practice for the team as well as our Business Services.

He is a Trustee of the Central and Western New York Chapter of The Nature Conservancy and a member of the board of the Friends of Eastman Opera. He and his wife Kimberly live in Brighton with their two daughters. During the summer he enjoys sailing and gardening.

Ann M. Morris
Ann joined Merrill Lynch in 1992 and has had her securities license since 1985. Ann leads the operational efforts of our team, coordinating all aspects of the account opening and maintenance process. She also assists with equity and fixed income trade execution. Her many years of extensive service to both individual and institutional clients make her an excellent asset to our team. She is a graduate of John Carroll University in Business Administration.

Ann lives in Irondequoit with her husband and two daughters.
