PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Thomas B. Clark, First Vice President-Investments:
Tom has been at Merrill Lynch for 27 years with over 29 years of investment experience. He is a member of the Circle of Excellence. He holds a degree in Economics from the College of Wooster in Ohio. He lives in Greenwich, CT and is the proud father of four daughters. Tom is an active member of several community organizations. In addition, he has served as an overseer for the SEA Education Association of Woods Hole, Massachusetts.

John W. Fitzpatrick, Assistant Vice President:
John joined Merrill Lynch in 2003 after more than twenty years as a corporate finance and treasury executive. He is drawing upon this global experience to help executives and business owners develop wealth management strategies.
He is a graduate of Providence College and holds an MBA degree from Fordham University.
He is married with three children and has been involved civically for many years in the Danbury area.

Huw Rose, Senior Associate:
Huw has worked at Merrill Lynch since 2000 and joined the Clark Group in November 2003. Born and raised in Connecticut, Huw is a graduate of the University of Connecticut. His primary responsibilities are to handle the team's operations as well as account questions and concerns.
