PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Carolyn Bain Ottenbreit is a Vice President and Financial Advisor with the Sparta, New Jersey, office of Merrill Lynch.
She works with a select group of affluent clients, helping them to manage all aspects of their finances and investments. Drawing on the global resources of Merrill Lynch, Carolyn is able to provide a wide array of investment services including retirement planning, estate planning, tax planning and investment portfolio management. She is supported by a team of specialists who provide in depth expertise in each of these areas and work closely with her clients' tax and legal advisors.
Carolyn graduated from Princeton University with a major in Philosophy and received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in Finance. She joined Merrill Lynch in 1986. After spending 10 years in corporate finance, she joined the Private Client Group in 1996. She is a member of the Newton Rotary Club and serves on the Board of the SCARC Foundation, Inc.
