PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Arthur W. "Art" Muldoon is entering his 20th year in the financial services industry, all of them with Merrill Lynch.
A graduate of Albany College of Pharmacy, Art practiced community pharmacy for 10 years,and served as assistant-chief pharmacist at the Olympic Games of 1980 in Lake Placid. His interest in pursuing his hobby, the financial markets, led him to make a career change in 1983. Art has been a member of Merrill Lynch's Executive Club, Director's Club, and President's Club, and became a Vice President in 1995. He credits his success to being able to understand his clients needs and applying them to the financial markets. He recently earned the title of Certified Financial Manager.
Art has been consistently active in the community. He has been a member, director, and officer of the Perinton Chamber of Commerce, serving as its president since 1987. He served as a member of the Fairport Planning Board for 10 years, serving as its chairman. He has been active in other volunteer boards, scouting, and youth sports. He and his wife, Wendy, have been residents of Fairport since 1973, raising three children.
