Alan Weber joined Merrill Lynch in 2003 and brings a unique combination of executive experience and financial expertise to his role as a Merrill Lynch financial advisor.
Alan has a 25-year track record in managing teams and growing businesses. He has held senior management positions in Fortune 500 companies, managing businesses as large as $300 million in revenue. Alan has the knowledge and perspective necessary to help clients choose the appropriate strategy to accomplish their goals, and to lead the Merrill Lynch team that will execute the strategy.
Alan utilizes a wealth management process which focuses on clients' short and long-term goals to develop solutions specific to their needs. He provides an array of services, including financial strategies, retirement, and education planning; managed money solutions, residential mortgages, cash management, and business financial services. He also focuses on the specific needs of corporate executives, including equity and deferred compensation, and managing job transition.
Alan hails from Union, N.J. and has a BA in biology from Rutgers University and an MBA in marketing from the University of Southern California. He resides in West Simsbury, CT with his wife, Lynda, and their two sons, Robert and Matthew.
Alan enjoys gardening, as well as skiing and bass fishing with his family. He also coaches his son's travel soccer and Little League baseball teams and is active in various civic and charitable organizations. He is NASD Series 7 and 66, as well as life and health insurance licensed.
