The Ratliff/Griffin Group works with clients to develop and implement a comprehensive investment strategy focused on the diversification of their investment assets. We provide financial investment advisory services to institutions, families, and businesses.

Harry K. Ratliff, CIMA®, is a Vice-President and Wealth Management Advisor. Since joining Merrill Lynch in 1982, he has worked to balance risk tolerance, liquidity requirements, investment policy, and cash flow in order to achieve a client’s financial goals.

Mr. Ratliff received his undergraduate BSBA degree from the University of Missouri- St. Louis, and has done graduate work in finance at Webster University. He has been granted the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation. Harry is an active volunteer in the St. Louis community, and has served on numerous local, state, and national nonprofit boards, including the Pension Fund of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Grace Hill Settlement House, St. Louis Public Schools Foundation, Christian Hospital.

Judith Griffin has been a financial advisor since 2001 and has earned the designation Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®), Certified Special Needs Advisor and Certified Retirement Coach. Judith assists individuals and not-for-profit organizations with strategic investment guidance and seeks social and environmental opportunities with economic success that reflect the values of her clients, also known as "socially responsible investing".

In addition to her position as a Financial Advisor, Judith is a part-time instructor at Washington University. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 2006, Judith worked for a major national financial services firm, engaged in media sales, owned and managed a children's bookstore, and worked for IBM as a Systems Engineer. Judith received her Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University and a Masters in International Business from Saint Louis University.

Presently a board member of: Herbert Hoover Boys and Girls Club and Women’s Society of Washington University.

In line with her belief of with whom much is given, much is expected, her dream is to teach at a university when she retires and donate her salary to not-for-profit organizations focused on the arts and improving the lives of children.
