PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

RAY McGOVERN is a First Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor in the Fort Walton Beach office. Ray originally started with Merrill Lynch in New York City in 1981 and has been in the Fort Walton Beach office since 1983. As a Financial Advisor, Ray works with his clients in determining their long-term financial goals and then developing and monitoring their financial management strategies. Ray is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College and resides in Fort Walton Beach with his wife Judy and three daughters. He serves on The Children's Advocacy Center Board of Directors and is a member of the Fort Walton Beach Kiwanis Club.

SHANE A. O'DELL began his career with Merrill Lynch in Pensacola, Florida. Originally from Syracuse, New York, Shane graduated from Cazenovia College in upstate New York with a B.S. degree in Business Management. Working with The McGovern Group, his specific area of concentration includes corporate retirement plans as well as their client centric investment process. This includes evaluating goals, identifying appropriate solutions, implementation and continuous monitoring. Shane was recognized as the 2007 Emerald Coast Emerging Leader of the Year in Northwest Florida. He serves on the Fort Walton Beach YMCA Board of Directors, Fort Walton Beach Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is the Past Chairman for the FWB Young Professionals. Shane currently resides in Destin, Florida.

GLENDA ARNOLD joined Merrill Lynch in September 1980 in the Dothan, Alabama office. She became Ray McGovern's Client Associate in 1991 after relocating to Florida. Glenda is Series 7 and 66 licensed and assists in the development of financial strategies and portfolio management. She specializes in client relationship building and customer service. She lives in Destin with her husband Jim.

GINA GRANDAL began her career with Merrill Lynch in South Florida in October 2000 and has been in the Fort Walton Beach office since February 2002. Gina has 24 years in the securities industry and has received her Series, 7,63,65 and Life & Variable Annuity Licenses. As a Registered Client Associate, Gina provides fundamental support in all phases of marketing to clients, client services and account maintenance. She resides in Niceville with her daughters, Janessa and Victoria Grandal.
