Douglas C. Iles, Managing Director – Investments and Private Wealth Advisor, has worked for Merrill Lynch since 1981. He specializes in providing wealth management solutions for uniquely successful families, business owners and non-profits. Doug’s overall scope of knowledge of the financial markets and his disciplined delivery of wealth management solutions help to provide his clients with peace of mind and the freedom to pursue their passions in life. Doug has previously served as the Resident Manager for the complex of offices that included Traverse City, Flint, Bay City and Saginaw. Doug is a graduate of Central Michigan University, and he serves on their foundation Board. He and his wife Sandy live in Saginaw with their three children.

Scott A. Schropp, Vice President, has worked in the financial services industry since 1984. He previously held the position of President and CEO of Merrill Lynch Trust Bank of Michigan. Scott’s experience in trusts and estate planning has provided many benefits for the uniquely successful families who work with the team. Scott is a graduate of Ferris State University and Northwestern University Graduate Trust School. He is a current philanthropic advisor to the Council on Foundations. He lives in Saginaw with his wife Lynn and their two children.

Mary Leahy Rankey, Investment Associate, has worked in financial services since 1984. She joined the Iles Group at Merrill Lynch in 1992. She is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University, with a major in finance. She is a member of the advisory board of Good Samaritan Rescue Mission. She lives in Bay City with her husband Rich.
